The Service includes workflow audits, technical consulting, custom software development, and automation deployment. The Service is provided to assist businesses in scaling and automating their daily operations.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and data that you use to access the Service.
• You represent that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of your business entity.

4. Billing and Payment

• Pricing: Pricing is based on the specific project scope or subscription tier, as detailed in your service agreement.
• Payment Method: Billing occurs via our secure merchant of record, Paddle.
• Changes: Recurring prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice to existing customers.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ongoing Services if your payment method fails.

5. Pilot Phases and Discovery

We may offer pilot phases or discovery audits for new customers. Unless formalized in a paid agreement, you may cancel anytime during the exploratory period with no recurring charges.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions and ongoing maintainance retainers renew automatically on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. There are no refunds for partial months of service.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and systems you provide us access to.
• You agree to comply with all applicable data privacy laws regarding your own clients' data.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The proprietary systems, core infrastructure, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Abas Solutions. You retain full ownership of your proprietary data, and full rights to use the specific custom assets deployed on your behalf as governed by your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Abas Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
