Built for brains that work differently.
FocusFlow was born from a simple frustration: every productivity tool assumes you can just get started. For millions of people with ADHD and autism, that assumption is the problem.
The Problem
Traditional scheduling apps require you to open them, read through tasks, decide what to do, prioritize, and then execute. That's five executive function steps before you even begin the actual work. For neurodivergent brains, each of those steps is an invisible wall. So the app sits on your home screen, full of good intentions, unopened.
Our Philosophy
What if the schedule reached out to you? What if it asked how you're feeling first? What if it adapted in real-time to your energy? What if it remembered your cat's name and sent you a warm message when it noticed you hadn't moved in an hour? That's FocusFlow — a companion, not a manager.
Our Values
Zero Judgment
FocusFlow never punishes you for having a bad day. "I can't" is always a valid answer.
Privacy First
Your Memory Vault data is deeply personal. We encrypt everything and never sell or share it.
Presence Over Productivity
We measure success by "did you move?" not "how much did you do?" Sometimes wiggling your toes is a win.
